When did you take this? Last Friday we were driving on top of the rims and saw a sunset much like this. I said out loud, "Dennis! I hope you're up here!" :) The view the other direction was even better - Billings was glowing in an amazing pink light. Wow. I wish I had had a camera, although I wouldn't have done it as much justice as you do your sunsets!

P.S. Looks like I'm not your only reader/viewer anymore! :)

Hi Melodee,

I missed last Friday's sunset, but got this great one on Monday. The sunsets are just one more reason to love Montana's "thunderstorm" season.


Thank you for your kind words. The field did look inviting, but I think I probably would've gotten in trouble if I tried to meander through it.
